Gillford Aston is the head of IB-7 and the one that coined the term "Third Eye Open" as a way to describe how the bureau has to be the ones to deal with things that others can not see.
He is crass, direct in his dealings but always tries to stay a proper gentleman with his allies. After all a little politeness is a good grease for the wheels of machinations.
